Jobs!
There are plenty of jobs in the kingdom as well that partially define what they look like.
Men are protectors of the kingdom, they are warriors, hunters, merchants, builders and farmers.
Women are the life bringers. smaller than men, they usually work with livestock, farming, artisans, merchants and acolytes to the ancient mother.
Physical traits!
Male terror birds are muscular, and most are chubby. they were their scars as symbols of survival. the more scars, the more respected a warrior you are!
